• 24 Hour notice must be given to cancel/reschedule

• If 24 hour notice has not been given, the 100% of the session will be charged

• An up to date credit card must be on file, and will be charged within 24 hours of any missed/cancelled appointments.

• If the missed payment doesn't go through with the credit card, Therapeutic Escape will send an email invoice that must be paid within 24 hours. If payment isn't received, all future appointments will be cancelled and the client will no longer be able to schedule any appointments until the payment is made. 

• All discounts will be removed, and full price of service will be charged

• Prepaid sessions will forfeit the session, no extra charges will be applied

• A $10 transfer fee will be charged if the client sends someone else in their place with no notice

• Arriving late will shorten your session time, the normal price will be charged

• Client will notify business if arriving late

• 15 Minutes past the appointment time, client has forfeited their appointment if no notice has been provided by the client. Full payment must be made within 24 hours.

• Prior No Call/No Show appointments will prepay session fee prior to rebook.
